The absolute worse Internet there is slow as hell and they can’t help you. So don’t let them sell you the unlimited plan because it does not help so yea it sucks just like you thought.
We live rural and by far have had a much better experience than with previous carriers. Good customer service with minimal issues that were resolved efficiently !! Strongly recommend if you live rural!!
DO NOT GET THIS INTERNET. This is probably if not the worst internet there is to get. Max speeds is only 750kbs, really shity. Big river is ripping people because they know people need internet and big river is the only provided internet service where people live.
I own a small business so like to do business with smaller companies to show my support. Unfortunately, I am unhappy with the internet service provided recently; so much so that I am switching companies. I’m sad that I can’t support a local small business but I can’t afford inconsistent service.
I was fed up with the problems I was having with my past provider. I met Becky a sales rep for big river and agreed to a free cost analysis for my business. They were lower than my prior provider and the best part is the local service I get if there is a problem. You simply call and get someone fast and local to help!
