Have been superb! Compared to the other big company internet providers, Bijou has always been friendly, helpful and available for any questions or concerns I have. Technicians are prompt and courteous. I highly recommend if you’re in the Byers, Strasburg, Deer Trail Area.
Terrible customer service and overpriced crap internet. Damn good thing our contract is up. U can come and pick up your equipment and remover your box from my home or I will rip it out of the ground myself
Customer service was awesome!! Tavian came out and got our service all hooked up for us, and went above and beyond for what we wanted done! Super happy with our decision to go with Bijou, and even more with the work that was done in our home!
