  6. Absolutely horrible customer service. Employees don’t give a flying fig whether you connect with a department or not over the phone. Over 80 minutes on hold over 4 attempts to talk to someone there. Never again will I use them.

  8. Had a window to deliver a lift from 5:00 – 7:00. They showed up at 7:30. Rescheduled for the next day from 5:30-7:30 and they never showed up. No call either. Very frustrating to say the least.

  9. I ordered medicine for my grandmother and waited over two weeks with no updates. When I called everyone played stupid and blatantly lied about it. I ended up going else where and received the same meds within two business days. Never going here again!!!

  10. All phone calls are sent to a call center and they have to transfer you to the location you’re calling. You have to continually call because no one answers the phone.

  11. This place is exactly what’s wrong with our medical insurance system – high prices and crappy service. Their CPAP staff should be paid on their customer service score. If I didn’t work close I would never set foot there.
