Established in 1983, Biotech Clinical Laboratories is a privately owned, independent clinical laboratory that serves individuals throughout the United States.
They sent me a bill thats i alredy paid and when i called them they keep put me on hold and transfer me from one to another without any help and im realy busy and dont have time to make a trip to them or to keep calling them and stay on hold and by the way they send me the bill throu a debt colector
It’s been 1 week from my covid test , still no results. I don’t recommend at all. It’s impossible to reach someone by phone… I have no idea how long I will wait more. I want to go to hospital but they don’t accept me without covid test result.
Nightmare billing department! Double, triple invoices sent AFTER bill is paid. 1st call on hold 9.5 minutes before a person answered and transferred call to general voice mail. 2nd call on hold 8 minutes, asked why no one answering calls, no response, placed back on hold! Obtained Supervisor # from the Lab and they did not answer!
COVID tests are brutally slow here. Results were promised within 48-72 hours, and it’s been over double that time and still no results. The process of searching for results is frustrating and outdated. If you try to call and get results, there’s no way to talk to a human, and their voicemail is full. Thanks for making false promises.

My Doctor tested me for Klonopin on the 1st of November and I take medicine everyday. The results showed check mark for yes in my system. Then another check for no not in my system. I’m waiting for them to call my Doctor today. I need this medicine. I’m 72 and could go into seizures. $500 on my insurance for 2 tests. Horrible.
