    Cons: Company is completely behind the times with a next to useless website; in the age of the internet they make things incredibly difficult to change or update concerning accounts and method of payment.

  6. Very friendly, professional, and timely serviceman “Justin” that came out and solved the problem during a power outage from an overnight storm. He made me feel like I’m in good hands. Haven’t had a many problems with Black River being a longtime customer. A Big thanks.
