Was good before, now they’re lazy as hell. It’s 4 PM and they still haven’t collected my trash, Not to mention they refuse to answer phone calls.
They have missed our garbage several times. I called to see why it was missed and they were not polite and hung up on me! Switching companies.

I’ve been trying to cancel my service with them for 2 weeks, I’ve left 3 voicemails for someone to call me back and no one has. Terrible customer service, and more expensive than other places.
This is the kind of service you just don’t see anymore. They are really efficient, reasonably priced, and friendly. If I forget to put the can out by the road, they actually come up the driveway and get it! I’m really happy I chose them for our refuse service.

They don’t answer their phone, return messages, or respond to emails. What a worthless company. I have never experienced such horrible customer service (none) from any other service company. Pathetic.

Worst service, ignorant people. My garbage was not picked up last week no explanation. I called many time as well as I send many emails and no response. Will have to cancel the service . I will not do business with such people.
I’ve used Blackowiak for years and it’s always great (consistent, cheerful, accommodating). I left for a while & went to waste management but they increased my rate by >20% each year for 3 years so I went back to Blackowiak – thankfully back to always consistent and a good price.
Terrible service. Can’t answer phones, return calls, or give you any information that’s helpful. I canceled my service when empty can sold out to them and two weeks later they still can’t manage to pick up their can. Called multiple times and no one seems to care.
“0” Starts They missed pick-up SEVERAL times. I’d call, sometimes they’d come pick it up. I finally was fed up, called to cancel, and they hung up on me. Called back, and I was hung up on repeatedly. Horrible service, horrible company. DO NOT USE THEM.
Missed weekly pick up’s, had extra garbage in the bin and that was thrown to the side and not hauled away. Called several times and never got a call back. Finally talked to an older woman who refused to apologize and offered a discount but I told her I had already switched providers. She said they don’t offer refunds and hung up on me.

This family run business has been picking up our garbage for about 4 years. All the while providing great service at competitive pricing. They come up our long driveway and if we forgot to set the can out, the driver will get it from next to the garage. No way do you get that kind of service from the big national companies.

Receptionist is very rude. Good luck getting a return call. She will ask for your number but will never call back. Happened a few times since we used the service. The rest of my block uses Randy’s and now I know why. Randy’s is significantly cheaper as well. I do not recommend Blakowiak at all.

Fantastic provider, no scams and no issues. A small company that truly appreciates the business. Delightful drivers— if you forget to put the can out, they have more then once come in and grabbed it.
