  1. Hands down the worst experience here. The old lady that sits up front, a teller I’d assume. She’s been so awful to me on multiple occasions. I will never ever ever be a member here and I sure won’t reccomend them EVER! MY PERSONAL HEAD ACHE OF A CREDIT UNION!

  2. MPCU is a heartless & uncaring company. They lie to you & continuously say there’s nothing they can do. It’s our policy! Well special help can be made for extenuating circumstances! This is the last straw. I’m leaving here to a bank that wants my business.

  3. They have a great credit assistance program and was able to help my family improve our credit scores and helped us consolidate a lot of our credit card bills, and it didn’t cost us anything. Will be a long time member!

  4. I’ve been with this credit union for almost 50 years and I love the people there! However, why is it that they don’t open at 9:00 every day? It can be such an inconvenience for me when I have to start my day early.

  5. Unprofessional. Always saying they will call back. Called them after 2 weeks of nothing. Then they said they’d call back that day, of course did not. Reached out again and was on hold for an hour and didn’t speak to anyone

  7. Time to change. Trying to get my May statement. Not posted online. Called and told it would be another 2-3 days before I can get it online. Assistant tried to get it behind from the scenes but not available. Trying to close on home …

  8. Every time I’ve had to go into bloom credit Union or talk to the staff on the phone they have been wonderful and very helpful. Banking can be sometimes confusing depending on what your doing. They make seem so easy. I appreciate their patience with me
