They were fine before they went to Skitter, it sucks, the dvr won’t work, we lose service nightly almost. We’re going to Antenna, sick of paying for this awful service.
This service is a huge let down. The cable is constantly lagging and going offline. No idea where to start on the internet though. The speeds are absolutely garbage and it has random times where it won’t even work. As of right now the internet is offline. Switching to xfinity soon

I have no contract, I have no problems. I did run into the battery in my remote having to be replaced but hey I got that! Always very helpful and the techs even TOOK THEIR SHOES OFF when they walked in my door when they installed me over a year ago! Nothing but happy times since I switched from Comcast! This is the best internet provider I have ever worked with. They are kind, eager to help and always answer the phone with a real person! Payment options are simple and services are quick. We have been customers since 2013 and have never had an outage. Highly recommend.
