They tore up my yard poured some dirt over it and said that they thought they did a pretty good job fixing it. I think not.. also tore up a tree I had in front yard with no intention of replacing it.
If there was a choice for 0 stars they would definately win the award. Unprofessional, unfriendly, and no wonder so many people complain about the. The “common denominator” is a good indicator of where the problem lies.
Paid my bill on the due date and they charged me a 50$ fee. My water wasn’t off and the only explanation they gave me was because I payed it on shutoff day.
Its Friday the 18th… Trying to pay my,bill before the 20th.. Traditions bank no longer accepts water bill payments…uggh..they just try to pin that 60$ delinquent fee on everyone huh…ridiculous!!
If you are not going to allow payments online on the 20th, then I wish you would be open on Fridays, AKA paydays so people can still pay their bill before a delinquent fee of $60 gets added on.
They give you a due date but if that due date falls on a Friday or weekend and you don’t pay it days ahead of time they tack on a hefty late fee, they give no option to pay your bill with an automated pay system when their office is closed.Most unprofessional water service I’ve ever dealt with.
Always kind. Sometimes things happen. I’d rather pray for the men and women of this company, above me… I do pay for service. Set aside I also help pay there employees. I expect excellence, things happen. Above all I pray protection over these who serve many. I’m greatful.
Billing whatever they want. The digital water meter didn’t work for 6 months, and they still billed whatever price they wanted. How do I go from $30 to $95 without even knowing how much water is being used, its not honest. Take pictures of your meters everyone.

This company came out to fix a water leak on our road and left a total mess in our yard. Did not even clean up left out yard a mess. Shame on them
