ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Trying to reach someone via phone to get policy information and/or coverage — been on hold for 2 hours and 18 minutes. INCREDIBLE!

The company culture apparently approves rudeness, hangups, patronizing, plus untrained personnel and the excuses are a mile long for lack of good service.
These people need to get a life they call this warehouse 7-8 times a week and use false names to look as if they are someone else, are they that hard up for customers?
Impossible to ever get a representative to speak with you. They constantly hide behind automated voice services and when they call you back just hang up the phone.
I called to talk to them about them dropping the insurance but there holding it up so that we can’t get other insurance because of there red flags on the account !! They were very rude and trying to control the conversation by bullying !!!!
I wish to commend Blue Cross Blue Shield of AZ Corporate Administration for sponsoring a table for Rosie the Riveters at the 15th Annual Veterans Medical Leadership Council. The “Rosies” will thrilled with the honor and enjoyed their luncheon.
They have been so slow to respond to us. Have been working on a basic problem for over a month with no resolution. additionally the hold times are always 30 min plus.
Horrible experience! They just can’t seem to get it right and just blame everyone else for all their failures. Use anyone a different insurance company at all cost.
Terrible. They owe me money from copays that never deducted from my max out of pocket. Never get to talk to the manager. They’ve spent 7 months “researching” the issue.
BCBS of AZ , was told by one of their nurses that my bariatric proceedure was covered 100% and then afterwards receive a bill for $7000 from hospital. Then when I appeal they deny me. wonder how many others this has happened to. I’m getting a lawyer!!!
The absolute worst example of private healthcare in America. No primary care provider within 20 miles on a plan that costs well over 1k per month with a nearly 7k deductible. Disgusting, profit-hungry corporation that needs to be run to the ground.
I am not a customer of Blue Cross Blue Shield. However this morning I saw about 10 volunteers between 23rd Ave and Dunlap to 23rd Ave and Butler picking up trash. That was amazing! What an awesome way to help and uplift a community. Kudos!
Nurse in charge of priorautorization case importance thinks she is smarter than my doctor. Changed the priority my doctor sent over as urgent to routine. Not going with Blue Cross next year.

Worst service, poor coverage. They design their “rules” to avoid paying claims. They make it hard to do anything.
