Worst customer service! Takes about an hour to talk to a representative and when you finally get on a call with someone they dont know the answer! They will tell you that you should get a call back with an answer but you never do.
Customer service is a joke. BCBS service should be called customer disservice.

The people treat you like a person, not just a number. It is nice to see a company remember that they are in the business of helping, not just making money.

They will constantly call you, have no respect for you when you ask them to stop calling. 39 calls one day, 20 calls another all while I was trying to sleep between shifts.
