  17. Their plans have the highest premiums that spike without notice or warnings. They also put some many clauses into all of their plans that they don’t cover any of the services you actually need.

  18. Worst customer service you can find. Make sure you plan 4 hours of your day to talk to these people. If they tell you they will resolve an issue, make sure you plan two days of that week to call back because most likely it was not resolved.
