They leave half my garage in my can ever week. You call still nothing. They are nasty on the phone . I will be at the next town meeting about going back to the old company that was way better.

They are horrible. They take your recycling without asking and when they do they throw the papers and the papers go flying and then they throw the cans on your drive way then they drive away. Anyone can do that why pay people to come when you can just throw garbage everywhere and litter? I would give this 0 for service.

Called about bulk pickup of a few items. My apartment complex is a customer. I was told they “Don’t” do that. Curious how Waste Managment was so professional and went out of their way to help me. No wonder Blue Diamond is rated so low. Such a shame! I will NEVER recommend.
Some days they come at 6 in the morning, some days at 11 o’clock. Pick a time, we have bears in our area and bring our garbage out in the morning. Sloppy, unresponsive, leave cans all over the street, knocked over, lids on the lawn. Sometimes capriciously decide not to pick up certain things.
