Unreliable and expensive. Their customer service charge is unreal. There is no pride in what they do and they do it really bad.

Myself and my roommate work from home. We haven’t had internet service for three weeks and the answers I get from customer service are ‘hopefully soon’ and ‘sorry it takes a while’. No one can give me a time frame or an answer. I wish I had another option for fiber.
They are always prompt in repairs, if trees take out the power in our area. Customer service is very efficient and helpful.

I had a problem with a new heat pump installed by tri state…I recvd a 400.00 electric bill one month and a 500.00 bill the next…the tri state repair persons said it was the fault of their installation…my bill is usually under 150…brmemc gave me several months to pay my bill without any penalties…very nice!!

These folks drive around in practically new $60-$80K trucks, charge insane prices for any service required, and take weeks or months to get it done. Its like doing business with the federal government. They do and charge as they please and you have no alternative but to submit.
