The staff is incredibly rude and dismissive.

Horrible!!! They charge you $725 to have a meter put back in if the previous owners quit paying their bill or was stealing water!!! You pay for their mistake!! And very rude customer service!!!
My wife and I went in to open a new account. The two women we dealt with could not possibly have been any nicer and more helpful, so not sure why there are any complaints.
Every time I need help from Blue Ridge, Brad and his team are there to assist. They provide a quality product and service. Keep up the great work!
Poor customer service. Don’t ever be a day late with a payment, or it will cost you $50 extra for a $18 bill. If there was any other way I would not have their service. Absolutely do not care about the customer.
I used to live in the area that required Blue Ridge Water Service. I hated the service and the ladies that work there must have hated their job because they are rude!! Ive since moved and thankfully do not have to deal these people anymore! Im sorry for all you people that are forced to continue to have to deal with these people!!
Now that’s customer service! Had a cover missing on the water meter. Called about it and within the same day they had someone over and fixed it.

Everyone hating, must be due to NOT paying your bills… they have helped in all kind of ways, with water info and a whole lot more.. I keep aquariums and sometimes the water I put in my aquarium doesn’t suit… they are very helpful in assisting me… py your bills and you won’t have a problem
