We’ve had Blue Springs for over a year now and they’ve been great. We live in a rural area and it’s hard to find good internet.
There are many days (like today) when the internet is down. Many other days where it’s so slow it’s not worth using. If we had any options where we live, I’d switch in a heartbeat.
Excellent Customer Service. But outages have been many recently. They are quick to respond but they’re system seems unreliable over the long term.

Jeremy the owner of Bluespring is very competent! The service is the best and the prices are way better than comcast of centurylink. The signal from his towers do not cover all of cache valley, but it is worth a call to see if your location is covered!!
We have had Blue Spring for about 3 or 4 years and have had excellent service from them. They are quick to respond to problems, which have occurred very rarely. We highly recommend Jeremy and his company to provided Internet service.

We have had Blue spring for over 8 years now. We rarely have had any issues. If a problem arises, the customer service has been great! Hold times have been short. The service is restored quickly.
