Very SLOW internet. Was told by customer service “that is the MAX it will ever be, it’s not guaranteed” Very unhappy with their service and they don’t allow any other comapnies to supply your internet needs.

Terrible company, has a monopoly on the area and they know you either have to deal with them or go without internet. I can not wait until one of the bigger companies comes in and puts them smooth out of buisness.
Got in and out quickly, lady that helped me was named Judy and she was a pleasure to business with. If the install and service is as good as the office help then I’ll be happy.
You have had an outage since 6:00 AM this morning, and, due to having neither 24×7 support nor someone that is “oncall” for outages, I am unable to do my job.
Even your own website and phone lines are out. Third time in a week.

Everyone I had to communicate with was helpful and friendly. Scott installed TV and internet for me. Nothing but good things to say about his work.
