The staff members that I have interacted with are super rude and unhelpful. Had problems with my electric supply and basically told me that it was not their problem. They could have handled the situation more professionally and nicely.
Bunch of crooks I am producing 900kwh on sunny months and producing 182 more kwh than I use that I get credit for but am still being charged 1000 kwh a month which was what I used pre solar panels… If you have a choice find another company…..

Have fun moving into an area owned by Bluebonnet. The supervisors when you call in are extremely rude and refuse to help when situations arise. Theresa hung up on me after I was extremely patient and cordial. Have fun dealing with them as your captive electric provider.

I’ve had 5-6 different power companies over the years of moving around, and bluebonnet has the longest outages BY FAR. Just had a 10-minute rain shower come through and power has been out for about 5 hours. 1.5 hours past their estimated repair time.

I was late one time in may for 2 days, now the system won’t let me have any extensions for a year. If I could give bluebonnet a zero, I would.
