If I could give this place negative stars I would. They misdiagnosed a stroke as a stomach virus. Pitiful unfriendly ER staff too. How do you let someone who can’t walk leave without considering that it’s not drug related or a virus. If you are suicidal this is the place for you. Thumbs down infinity!!!

I have been in the Emergency room, Used the laboratory, radiology, pain clinic and the therapy dept. Everyone has treated me with respect and listened to my complaints and have helped to address my chronic pain issues with my neck and shoulder. The ladies especially in the rehab dept were awesone.

I have been a patient in the BCH Emergency Room at least 7 or 8 times throughout my life, mostly for horse-related injuries. EVERY member of their staff has been superior in skills, compassion and communication. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give them a 12!
