Rude uncaring judgmental overconfident mindless worms with a chip on their shoulder. Except a few of their nurses are nice. Bluestone in BLuefield is way better and caring. I have insurance if you do not you are wasting money go to the ER get medicaid if it is serious or just go to a all natural supply store online.
My doctor asks why do you have a cane. Was very rude I have insurance she treats everyone like crack heads. Gets angry if you ask intelligent questions. Could not read a ekg chart when asked to explain just said your heart is good.

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting them twice..each visit was pleasant..comforting..and being petrified of the Word Dentist..2 extractions..NEVER FELT ONE DARN THING IN 5MINS IT WAS DONE..I COULDN’T BELIEVE IT..🥰🥰🥰🙏🏾 THANKS TO EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU FOR HOLDING MY HAND..GOD’S BLESSINGS!! Horrible experience had an appointment for 3pm called telling them I may be 5minutes late. When I arrived they told me they gave my appointment to someone else and they can reschedule me half a week later and refused to refill my diabetic medicine til I come in for my appointment.
Use both the medical and the dental services. Have had nothing but superior heath care from both Dr Phillip Petersen on the medical side, and Ms Austin on the dental. In addition wait times are some of the lowest I have experienced. Dan Halsey, Bluefield, VA

I had a very good experience with the dental health center. Recieved excellent professional care and will definitely choose them again for future services. Miss Austin was great and explained every thing before hand and I definitely recomend her and her staff for your own dental needs.

The phone operator forwards calls and the mailbox is full. The reception doesn’t answer calls at all and they all seems very prejudice! 😡 …
all staff and Dr’s are great here.
They literally waste all your day I’ve been here with my dad since 2:25pm and it’s about to be 4pm
