Great Customer service. Immediately answered the phone and set me up with a rental for the month. Pricing is way less than United.
Called a total of 4 times, phone rang for 3 minutes each phone call no answer. Also no voicemail… Canceled our order due to overbooking 3 days before they were supposed to drop the porta potties off. I’ll pay 3 times the amount with United, because at least they answer their phone.
Customer service is incredible. They answered the phone right away, my porta potty quote was less than a minute and I would highly recommend.
United’s quote was over 5x what this companys was and United had subpar customer service, like they dont need customers.

Came on time for delivery. Never came back to service it. We called repeatedly. Bad customer service all the way around. We had removed within 3 weeks!
Worse service ever. Scheduled to clean two times a week. After calling multiple times they finally came on Friday. Week before that never showed up. Our scheduled days are Tuesday and Friday. Yesterday were not cleaned. Today can not get anyone on phone. I am looking for a new company today.
