The customer support needs some help. Waited an hour for a call back, he called we soon got disconnected and he did not call back. I called back and was told I was 17th in line, he should have called back! Still waiting . . . It’s 9:47 and all this started at 8:00.

Internet service is good, best I’ve found. I only wish there was a number to call like REC’s to report an outage or issues with service after hours and on weekends. Some people have internet only for phones, tv’s, and security.

Blazing fast speed. Just moved here and got it connected. Blows AT&T fiber in Oklahoma City out of the water! 4x speed when paying for the same bandwidth! Definitely go with bolt over any satellite company or AT&T if possible.
I can’t get TV service through them if I don’t have internet. I don’t have a computer why in the hell should I have to have one just to get TV service.
I can’t say enough good things about this service! We just built a new house and the service wasn’t available here when we moved in. They brought it to our road so quickly! The speed is outrageous and I totally recommend!

My older and new computer keeps dropping Bolt service, often when writing and then the commentary is not only interrupted, but lost. I frequently get a message on Facebook it is a technical problem and we are working on it. The older computer is wired and the newer one is WiFi?

Staff here are nice. The building is kinda dirty inside. Needs a really good vaccuming.
