We had an appointment at 230 and it’s 4, still haven’t been seen or gotten an x-ray. Ridiculous. They way over book, after reading the comments obviously we aren’t the only people that have had this issue. Also their bathroom is gross. The building is pretty dirty in the back.
Dr. Hess and all his staff were very professional and polite. They made me feel comfortable and explained all steps of the procedure. I highly recommend him and the bone and joint clinic.
