Called 3 times to make an appointment. Each time they answered then hung up on me. Was referred by my brother. So needless to say I’m going somewhere else.
Sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half past my appointment time and left without being seen… apparently their patients time in not important to them and they do not respect it…I should of known when the receptionist mention she thought it would be okay if she triple booked the doctor when I made the appointment…

Great results from a cortisone injection but would have liked to have a exam of the joint beforehand. Even just a rotation or ask where pain is.

Very rude! One of the employees told me over the phone she doesn’t feel bad for anyone who doesn’t have insurance I did not have my plan number at the time and was turned away for an appointment with them. Horrible customer service. I’m happy I did not choose this office please do more research!
My last 3 knee surgeries were with Dr. Schmitt including one replacement. Super Doctor who cares about his patients and with extreme surgical knowledge of all joints. I’m still under his care for my other knee which sooner or later will need to be replaced by Dr. Schmitt. Highly recommend.

Excellently skilled Surgeon and team. Wound healing has been fast. I have suffer worse injuries in sports, comparatively. Had RH hip replaced with Birmingham resurfacing applique. I would recommend anyone who is in need of hip joint renovation to consider Dr. Schmitt and his team.
