I appreciate the staff at Bonel. They were very efficient at getting my equipment and showing me how to use it. I would definitely recommend them for durable medical equipment.

Terrible customer service! They can’t ever keep an appointment and when you call they are belligerent and demeaning. When CJ (field Rep) finally arrived, he was efficient and professional. Maybe he can share some customer service concepts with the admin team.
