BSU sells our reclaimed water to RCS a for profit company for pennies on the dollar while we the members pay nearly 18 times the RCS price for water. Also , BSU cheats in their elections for the board. I caught them red handed. They do get us water so one star.
The worst customer service I have ever encountered….they feel like they are doing your a favor to pay for your water service. FPL and Comcast is much more up to date and can be done on line with ease. Management really needs to address the bad attitude of their employees!

Janet in Customer Service was snitty. Expected me to know the process of discontinuing service at my residence which I just sold. Like she didn’t understand it was only one of a million things I have to do, when it’s her job to walk customers through the process. So depressing having to deal with ignorant people like her.
Useless. Post hurricane Ian I called Saturday morning to see if we’re under a boil water notice and the answering service said, “We don’t have that info. Please call back on Monday as they are closed.” There website doesn’t contain the info either. Useless.
We were running a couple hours behind due to work issues but they left our kayaks ready and waiting so we didnt get stuck waiting for them to finish a guided tour. Were extremely nice and accommodating.
