They require you to make loan payment in person with some little booklet thing or they charge a fee to pay online. Its 2021 there should no longer be fees associated with online banking. I thought credit unions were supposed to more, not less customer friendly.
My credit account of 12+ years has been closed without warning nor notification as to why. It was my oldest age of accounts and dramatically hurts my credit score as a result. Why would you do that without explanation or some sort of warning? This is a really awful thing to do to someone at a time like this.

I’ve been a member since 2004, they’re great! You can get someone on the phone when you call, they’ll give you a same day loan approval, they don’t charge any fees and their rates are very competitive! Zero reasons why a person should choose someone else for banking.
