I got their service about a year ago, not really satisfied with the customer service part. And the prices are crazy… Looking for other options now… 🙁 waste of my time
The only thing these guys do is change your oil and charge you for it a lot there is way more to servicing a generator I can change oil myself my advice if you want your generator serviced right find somebody else
I have only had the best experiences with these people. From the friendly office staff to the guys and gal that have been out to work on my furnace. I can’t recommend them high enough.
We’ve been back and forth on this and I still find it absurd and exploitave that this company charges you $250 on top of your propane cost if you happen to run out of fuel on a weekend. That, to me, seems like a ridiculously over-inflated charge for what is at most 2 hours worth of work.
Better pricing available than other local oil suppliers, for biofuel nonetheless, and staff was much more friendly and easy to deal with than their competitors. Would highly recommend.
I have used Bourne’s on many different occasions for repairs and Service calls and I have had nothing but a great experience with this Company! They really put the Customer first!
The dispatch team is great- they’re so attentive to the needs of the customer, they’re always willing to go the extra mile and they’re always friendly. No issues with service or delivery. Highly recommend!
As a customer of Bourne’s for the last 27 years, they have installed a boiler and an oil tank, replaced broken tiles in my chimney and given excellent service each and every time. This includes communication and service from both the Morrisville and the Lyndonville offices.
