Great service, but am disappointed in the level of customer service that they deliver. They used to email us when things changed with their service, but then something changed and they stopped sending us emails. When I called to speak to someone about their customer service I was disappointed with the answers that I got.

They are a consistent service that post notices about delays or any other changes of regular services on their website. You can also pay your bill online which is very convenient, and they are the cheapest service I’ve found in the area. Highly recommend!

Lazy!!!! Everytime they empty our apartment buildings dumpsters they leave them open and leave them halfway in the alley, they don’t even attempt to put them in the fenced in area where they’re supposed to go. So if I want to turn left into the alley or just see if a car is coming from the left I have to move them.
