Sorry excuse for high speed internet. I pay for 3 gigs I barely get 1. Cannot even stream. And why does it work on the weekdays and won’t do anything on the weekends??? Very frustrating.
Had to wait over a month to get a site test done,they were supposed to call and let me know when they came out and didn’t,I can’t get service where we live because of trees is what the note said but I have no trees to the side where the tower should be.
This is the worst service that I’ve ever dealt with. We are getting far lower than the speeds we pay for. In fact, we’re getting less than half. I believed it had to do with where we lived, but their website shows that we are in range of some of their best coverage. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY’S SERVICES. FIND SOMEONE ELSE.
