It took a month to get an answer on an ARC even though it was denied on something found in the initial request and then there wasn’t a reason given that explained the denial.
Very hard to get hold of via phone. 90% of the time they have “higher than usual call volume” and still no one ever answers. Friendly people though when you do get to speak to them.
Extremely unwilling to openly listen to residents concerns. When presented with facts they stick their heads in the sand. I am having to escalate directly to CMPD to get a situation taken care of that is their direct responsibility.
Braesael has done an amazing job turning a bad situation (from a previous management company) into a great one! Can’t say enough about them and their staff! Would highly recommend them.
