I need to pay my bill and nobody answers or calls back, 1800 number even says its disconnected.. I will not pay a surcharge if its disconnected… I have tried for two days straight and still no answer….
Store closing at 6 on Sat. Got there at 5:50 shes inside but door locked. Called to see if she would let you pay using debit card. The female in store would not answer phone. Door should not have been locked before 6. That was Muskogee office on 3/21/20.
Services was spotty and costumer service is horrible and they won’t answer the phone. I dropped them months ago and still receive a bill each month after being asked to be removed from their mailing list multiple times.
Shady shady shady. Don’t do it, go somewhere else. dialup is better then these folks. I regret signing up. Ended service because they are rude and liars and had to get a new card because they kept charging me for service I cancelled. Good luck getting ahold of anyone because they are so dodgy and shady.
