  4. Terrible staff. They insist on charging me a deposit as if I rented ($300) but I am the owner and the deposit is $150 for the owner. When questioned about the additional $150 I get no answer, just a copy of the rate sheet which says owners pay a $150. They need to hire someone who can read.

  5. Have tried reaching out to the company repeatedly via e-mail to answer just a few simple questions and to confirm that a document I had previously sent was received. Have attempted to follow up on this 5 times, and no one wants to respond. Has been 2 weeks now.

  6. Had a great technican come out and diagnose a leak in the line. Within a week they came out and fixed it. Now just waiting on other crew to pour concrete and replace the sidewalk. Thank you Robert for all the help.

EDP Water is really an awful company, the minimum water charges per month are $68.86, thats too expensive for 4000 Gallons of water that I consume each month. plus the late charges are $7.00. credit card service charge payment $3, online check charge $2, automatic payment set up via checking account is $1. it is ridicules.

  8. Ridiculous billing practices when an account transfer is completed. Each party is forced to pay for a full month of usage with no proration, but their company can’t actually tell me what that usage is.

This company is terrible stay far away from the edp water company they should not even have a company they don’t care if your going through Financial Crisis they only care about their money so don’t waste your time telling them they just going to tell you to pay in full just terrible please don’t work with this company

  10. Over priced and poor customer service. They charge you for being late, they charge you for paying by phone but when you pay on line it takes 7-10 business days for your account to be credited which is probably going to make you have a late payment. Terrible company.

  11. Still working in pre-technology era. Won’t let me pay online or by credit card unless I submit an application in person and make deposit by money order to establish an account. Had to drive 25 miles to get to their office during work to complete the process.

  12. Called the answering service over the weekend for a possible meter leak. Supervisor (Wayne) called within minutes and had a tech out in less than an hour. Tech was knowledgeable and very courteous. Thank you for your prompt service and professionalism!

  23. Workers have poor attitudes. When you drive a company vehicle you represent that company wherever you go in it.
