This is the worst wifi in the world. It is never working and you should never use this internet. Just use anything else and it will work better. Brazos has really let me down.
I have dealt with Multiple internet providers. Brazos by far is the Best when it comes to customer server as well as reliability. They are always polite and go above and beyond to take care of our demands. I can’t imagine them receiving anything but 5 stars.
My service has been down for two days. I understand it’s a problem with the update they did and a lot of people are out in this area. They have said each time I called that they will be out to fix it. Now I’m going to have to wait till Monday before they get anything done. This is ridiculous and should not have happened.
