Improve your speeds its not 1986 anymore also it loves to go out about 2 times an hour on top of that the price is so unfair it isn’t even funny all the five star reviews on here are from people that dont know anything about internet i promise save your money and go elsewhere.

Been trying to cancel my account with Bridgemaxx, I have emailed and called, with no response. I guess they figure they can just keep stealing money using the auto-pay feature. Never experienced working with a ghost company like this before.
Do not choose this service. Its extremely hard to get a hold of customer service and when you do, they tell you internet is working or they’ve “fixed” it but nothing changes. Internet constantly goes down for hours on a daily basis. Our internet speed we paid for was 10mbps but when we check it, it says we get about 4.

I’ve had Bridgemaxx for 4 1/2 years at my house in a remote setting and while it’s not perfect, it’s been very reliable. And even when there has been the occasional outage, it’s usually resolved in a timely manner. I work from home and absolutely rely on my remote connection. I would highly recommend using Bridgemaxx.
