Three weeks, no call backs as promised, on hold over a total of nine hours. No online access just error messages. This is totally unacceptable!!!
They will NOT call you back. We have had a call into them for 2 weeks now and NO ONE will answer their phone of return your call, but they are sure fast to take you money. We just stayed on hold for 30 minutes and we have been calling since August.
