Austin was terrific. He was prompt, professional, and kind. He explained everything that he was going to do and regularly asked if I had any questions. I was very pleased with his knowledge and clear communication.
The technician was very helpful and thorough. He helped identify multiple potential entrances for mice. He also reassure us multiple times that they will be able to solve the rodent problem we are experiencing.
The technician always calls a day ahead to make sure timing works for me. The two we have had (Mark and Austin) have been terrific. Both are knowledgeable and intent on leaning about our issues and confidently addressing our concerns. Spiders and bugs are down to a minimum. We are pleased!
