Have communicated a few times since moving to brownsburg. They’ve always been very polite and have explained everything that I had a question about very clearly.
Hands down the rudest person I have ever spoken to. Condescending, impatient and lazy. Refuses to do things in a timely manner because she doesn’t “have” to. Nonsense. I’ll be doing EVERYTHING possible online. I hope she understands that the internet can replce her and she needs to be NICE .
This morning there is no water at some houses in Brownsburg. There is no emergency contact number to call , maybe where a message might be recorded if this is a town issue. But seems surprising that no emergency number whatsoever is there

The water company is completely out of control. I paid $180 for water (8/15/20-9/15/20) for my house that is 1500 square feet. 2 small kids in school and 1 adult. $98 for sewer alone. Absolutely stealing from residents. Shameless
We were called by water dept. And informed that we had an extremely high water bill. They sent a meter reader out and all they did was tell us the meter was moving fast and we probably had a leak. She informed us that they did not do …
Was the water company closed Monday, 1/17/22? We drove up to the company’s window at 3:57 pm to make a payment due on 1/17/22. The window should be open until 4 pm through the week, but the shade was pulled down at the window and no one came to the window to help us when we pushed the on call button.
If I could have rated them lower than the one I would have. I received a letter in the mail that my water bill had gone up an additional $400 for the month. I checked my toilets and water softener, and there was no problem. The gentleman …
