Drive thru is closed web site is always down for some reason and the automated system is very outdated and calls drop often on top of high wait times just really inconvenient to make any type of payment. I cant imagine calling and waiting so long for something that is more serious.

  49. Customer service is not aligned with Individuals With Disabilities Act. I exhausted one hour and half to repair the mistakes in the BPUB system and to no avail were my concerns addressed. Covid issues are not a part of any customer service platform in regards to BPUB.
