Terrible service. I use them for regular trash pick up. Have 5 regular garbage cans. I can never put anything else out for trash or they leave it. When I called about it, they increased my monthly bill and still will not take anything else. Look for another company if you have options.
Best dumpster guys in the area!!! I’ve dealt with everyone else in the tri-state area and hands down Brunner is the BEST!! Everyone is super nice over there. Fast removal and delivery. No questions asked! Rick is part of the fam and I recommend Brunner’s to everyone!! A++

I only had republic waste Services for less than 6 months before I wanted to pull my hair out, thank god for Brunner waste. There’s a big difference between dealing with huge companies vs smaller ones that actually care about their customers and service. I highly recommend this company.
Have not used them for services but wanted to post an interaction with one of the companies drivers. If he is representative of the company itself I would steer clear. All but hit my car in a Butler PA parking lot then flipped me off …
Brunner has been helpful, prompt and courteous with their service at the property I manage. When we need a dumpster moved, a furniture piece picked up, or have a question…always friendly, professional and fast. Better than most haulers that I’ve used in my 30 years experience.
Very unprofessional and zero customer service. Phone calls are not returned. They give the impression that they aren’t worried about new business and keeping existing customers satisfied.
