I’d give them more points but BEMC have one of the highest residential rates in the state. BEMC customers pay 30% more per kWh than the average.
I was absolutely blown away when I called to connect service. After the second ring the phone was answered by a lady named Lauren, she was polite and acted like she enjoyed her job and cared about helping people. She had my service approved and ready for hook up within 5 minutes. I cannot say enough about this company!
I’d give ZERO stars if that was an option. Billing notification is non-existing except for immediate disconnect threats, after 1 week!
