  1. Extremely overpriced to be a resident and want to only visit occasionally. $10 per visit unless you are a guest of a member (who pays $10 a month for unlimited visits BTW), and that is only if the member stays with you the whole time (according to the front desk lady).

  2. This placed was expanded, but excecise machines r do limited. Some machine r only one kind. They just increased the facility bust more basket court.
If u r going midday is ok.

  3. Over priced paying for the membership…. And a membership-friend invited me to one of the room there, but I had to pay $5 for my son just coming there to meet w/ his friend and not doing anything . Rips off!!

  4. A very family friendly establishment. That has a great sense of community. There are numerous activities you can choose from.

  5. Great updated recreation center. Centrally located in in the Brushy creek area. Now updated with 2 gyms, teen room, coffee bar, work out areas, and a plethora of activities for kids and families.

  6. I am a REALTOR. I raised all three of my kids here and loved it. Great parks with pools, tennis, hike & bike with neighborhood schools (K-6) and a Golf Course nearby! (Avery Ranch).

  8. Beautiful facilities with a modern variety of activities and spaces for all ages. Thank you for having badminton available as a regular adult sport!

  9. The community center is an ACTUAL community center. My neighbors and I enjoy attending events, working out, and even working at the center. It’s a real part of the community. My favorite perks are the free system that tracks my cardio workouts the free coffee!

  10. Went to a party in one of the activity rooms. Good view of the outside flowers. Large room and facilities. Good for any type of party or activity you would need a good sized room for.

  11. Great place with lot of activities like basketball, racket ball, volleyball, pickle ball, rock climbing, badminton along with good activity rooms…facilities are generally available and staff is friendly…the membership is a bit high ~675 for a year for a family for someone who does not live in the mud zone

  13. Awesome staff, informative and friendly. The facility has something for every member of the family. I come here to workout in gym or classes offered. Have a party in there rental spaces or read a book in the garden.

  14. I go almost daily. They have a playroom for my 4-year old, a climbing wall, a Wii game room, ping pong table, activities and outings for adults, daddy/daughter dances, mom/son dances. It has a work out room and exercise classes. I love them.

  15. We had our wedding here in their rec center. The entire process was so easy and staff was so helpful and friendly! We had no issues with anything. They were super helpful when it came to asking them questions ( and boy did we have questions) good pricing.. clean.. all in all great experience!

  16. For my first experience at this community center, I can say that I definitely do not recommend their youth sports programs. The entire youth basketball season was a nightmare. Not to mention that every time I had an encounter with a staff …

  17. The MUD has done great things for the area. The pools have been an issue . I have been a resident here in the community for 18 years great community to raise kids I have raised four and now my grandchildren are in the community. My …

  18. This place brings the community together. They offer a span of events, classes, equipment, sporting opportunities, coffee and newspaper if you have time, and the staff is always willing and helpful. Not to mention the minimal cost of membership.

  19. Great place for adults, teens and kids! Get a year membership for $336/yr, or get a daily pass for $5. There are monthly passes available as well. Not sure of the price. Inside the facility, they have 2 gymnasiums, with full basketball …

  20. One of the highlights of our cat hollow neighborhood. We are very lucky that this amazing center is here and brings joy and so many opportunities. We socialize, we exercise and we build unforgettable memories. A big ‘thank you’ to all the people that work there, they are always very kind and helpful.

  21. We have a family annual membership. I use it mainly for yoga, but my middle schooler uses it the most. Tons of kids from his school at cedar valley go straight from school to the rec center to play or study after school. His basketball team …

  22. Members here are not very friendly- court hogging and not so keen on sharing. Staff is friendly but their one-day $10pp. need to have a member accompany you. Badminton courts are good.

  23. Friendly staffs and good maintenance. This is one of the few places in Austin that has Badminton courts. They maintain well and provide racquets and shuttles. Gym was looking very big and clean from outside. Racquetball courts is also good …

  24. Great facilities especially for the price. Much better equipment, treadmill stationary bikes … than LA fitness or Gold’s gym. They have several leagues for kids and adults. Great staff.

  25. The most popular facility. But priciest of all of such type. One of those rare places where you get badminton facility available.
This is the best gym and sports center. …

  26. This place is great if you have a membership. Otherwise, it’s $5 per person. The courts are very nice but be prepared to share with other people on weekends. I went to play volleyball for a couple hours today and had a great time with friends. The staff are nice and the facility is well taken care of. Would recommend.

  28. The “Brushy Creek Life” is a community slogan lived by the team members here at the Brushy Creek Community Center. While there are many different roles, the entire team prides itself in making sure district residents enjoy the amenities and experience the Brushy Creek Life way of living.

  29. Great wedding venue. Our daughter’s wedding was awesome. Beautiful garden and butterflies fluttering in between flowers. They have large pavillion for bigger weddings and smaller area for smaller weddings with a windmill to the right. Gteat price for a great place.

  30. Horrible people work in the reception area they don’t help in anything if you Hispanic and want to do a baby shower or some kind of even I don’t recommended

  31. We had a horrible experience signing up for their youth basketball league this season. My 11 year old son played there for 3 seasons with the same coach that he has known for years and with friends he has played various sports with since …

  32. I am truly blessed to be a personal trainer at Brushy Creek Community Center. It is a fun, enjoyable and pleasant place to work. The managers, employees and members are nice and professional. The managers will go over and beyond to make this center an excellent place to work.

  33. Terrible. I was disrespected by one of your workers named wyatt. I politely asked for my basketball when it rolled over to him and he took the ball outside and punted It away. To this day I can’t find it. I am constantly harassed and bullied by Wyatt.

  34. Lots of open volleyball, basketball, pickleball and badminton courts, also racquetball courts, best weight room, aerobics, yoga, pilates, party rooms, kids room, daycare, study room, many more.activities

  35. Attended a wedding here. It’s a beautiful setting for events. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place for any function you may want out doors. They have a covered area we used for the reception also.
