Never been here and am Veteran in Army and have this company putting Collection account in my name and ruining my Credit and keeping me from purchasing house.
The service and staff are great. The billing is ridiculous, the phones aren’t answered or hang up without a message, there is no callback. Tried to pay, oh well.
What a wonderful set of people. From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated with kindness. They made my mammogram quick, painless and settled all my fears.
I had the worst customer service here. They said someone would get back with me about a billing issue, but they never did. I had to call in again in order to talk to someone. Shady billing practices and dishonest people.
I have called customer service on several occasions about my account balance; however, no one has returned my call Needless to say, I am deeply disappoint in this lack of service/ attention to detail.
received a bill for $275 for MRI … no explanation other than date… Have never heard of them b4 getting bill,,, nothing on bill about insurance filing.

This was a bad day for me before I even arrived- – very dizzy, etc and I had to have an MRI test. The office staff helpful and nice but the tech was over the top! She took time, gave me water, explained details, and was like a gift in a time that I was sick and shaky. I appreciated you, STEPHANIE.

I had to get a CT and had the best care here at Bryan radiology Associates. I was treated well from interactions on the phone, front office, and specialist that ran the procedure. I felt very comfortable. The procedure was explained well and my results were ready in a timely fashion. I would recommend to all of my friends for imaging.

You can sit there and pay every month then hit with a collections bill knocking your credit. The people can be very air headed and don’t know what’s going on. Don’t do business with these people. Sickening.
Went in today , the front desk lady was very rude , at first she claimed she couldn’t assist in helping me because she wasn’t the one in charge to help me . Then budged in to help with an attitude . The nurses were so much nicer , and communicated better even if language was a barrier .
I wish I could give 0 or negative star rating. Never heard of or been to this facility, went to check my credit report and had 3 collections from this facility. I think I have only been to this area maybe once passing through, this facility is a fraud and should be shut down.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Dealing with this office and their billing department is a nightmare. I was told one thing and then was told another. They are not willing to correct a code that was submitted incorrectly by the doctor who ordered the images.
