Computerized banking services are a disaster!
This bank blows.Theyre constantly trying to push new accounts on anybody in there.
Lousy customer service. Including at managerial level. Nothing professional here.
This bank used to be a good bank now its trying to push sales and accounts on clients like crazy not worth investing your money here look elsewhere.
Horrible company, would not recommend to my worst enemy. Impossible to talk with someone over the phone aa they dont answer. Every call goes to a voicemail and if you do get a person, they have attitude. Take your business elsewhere, very unprofessional!
The bank is ok. It’s convenient because it’s close. But there’s always $14 missing out of every check. Being a college student that needs to buy school supplies, hygiene products, and food, pay bills and pay for school, I need every penny.
Great bank, these negative ratings arent true. My family has banked here for many, many years and never had any such problems. Prompt attention, proper balances, great people. Maybe they just dont know how to bank and that’s why there upset.
