Customer service is a joke. They can’t help you with an issue on the weekends or after hours. They have limited access to the account information. Little alone fix a screw up on the service.
Had construction nearby that severed the fiber, they were on it and fixed it promptly! Connectivity is always fast and reliable!

Horrible customer service!!! When the technicians are scheduled to be out, they either don’t show or are extremely late. Had an apt and they forgot about us, no apology given. They say they will call you back with an update and never do.
I don’t remember her name, but one of the employees in the office was extremely rude. She had an attitude the moment we sat down to discuss our account and spoke to us arrogantly and dismissively.
