  1. Buckeye is one of the worst customer service to deal with when it comes from trying to get to the right department and just to ask a question. The answering service apparently has no access to any personnel ext. when you ask to leave a voicemail they are not able to transfer you over. What a bunch of BS.

It’s over priced because it’s an illegal monopoly, and they know you can’t go anywhere else for the service except solar.

  11. Without electric now for 7 days. No customer service or updates. No one available to answer the phones during an emergency. No reimbursement services to cover the cost of fuel for generators and other associated costs. Be aware Buckeye Rural is a co-op and using AEP power and marking the rates up.
