Buckeye is one of the worst customer service to deal with when it comes from trying to get to the right department and just to ask a question. The answering service apparently has no access to any personnel ext. when you ask to leave a voicemail they are not able to transfer you over. What a bunch of BS.
Horrible customer service, worst I’ve dealt with and I work in customer service. It goes out all the time, but no billing corrections done for failing to provide the service. It’s over priced because it’s an illegal monopoly, and they know you can’t go anywhere else for the service except solar.
