  1. They made a mistake in November and still have not corrected the situation. Un friendly and they keep giving me the run around. Nothing ever gets done.

  2. It is impossible to get in contact with anybody via phone,
    I tied 10 different extensions non whom answered……and when somebody did answer, all i got was someone who answered and said HOLD, so I held for 28 min and still no pick up!!

They charge many extra fees including a monthly fee for debit card and will not accept coins for deposit, asking that use use their coin machine w/ a 5% fee to exchange to bills. Some staff are very friendly, but others have been curt and unhelpful. Overall, I would not recommend.

  9. Great bank with the absolute worst drive thru atm. How does it have a deposit cash option but when I click it it cancels the entire transaction? Very inconvenient especially when members can only use their atm to deposit cash when their closed.

  16. Terrible customer service. I called their main number multiple times to speak to a representative and the phone rings and rings to where someone picked up, then hangs up. This happened twice in a row. The third time it rang for 3 minutes then I gave up! I’m closing both my accounts there. I will go elsewhere for a car loan!
