Horrible service. When you call the phone mysteriously keeps hanging up when I called in with a few question. Always a wait. NO PRIVACY when you pick something up and need to be consulted. Always out of stock!

I had to change my review for this place. Definitely a lot different now. They helped me out with my Script because it was very expensive. They are a lot nicer to.
From Durable Medical to script fill and everything in between, Buffalo Pharmacy on Kensington ave & Eggert is the BEST hands down. Oh I forget to mention, they offer delivery service too!!!

If I could give no stars I would, the medical supplies service is absolutely terrible. I brought a script in for a back brase, was told there wasn’t enough info on the script so they had to talk to my doc and call me when it’s done. So now …
First , they often loose your script. Fax never reach them the first time. They put you on hold for hours. And then transfer to some place where no-one picks up and after a merry-go-round , they attend you.

I had a good experience. The lady that assisted me (B) was kind, very helpful and thorough. She took care of the insurance processing and fitting. Another lady helping another customer was also trying to make things work out for him, so I ‘d say they do a good job.

This place is annoying as dirt. They never bring medicine before a holiday. They want to wait until they have all of the scripts to fill a medi cube. When they are able to tell what needs to be filled. This is not my first choice. It’s a doctor’s choice. Otherwise I would stick to rite aide.
Worst pharmacy ever. They will tell you that your meds are being delivered but when you call for an eta, they tell you it won’t be delivered and it will have to wait until tomorrow!
Not sure about this Pharmacy any more. Wait days to get refills at times. Staff is too hurried at times or dosent seem to care. Old boomer here may vote with my feet.
