  16. They are so rude, they won’t help you. I don’t have any water pressure in my house I called 4 times a week , they keep saying someone will come but no one came over. I told them my plumber did everything they could do, but they keep telling me it’s an internal issue and call a plumber. This people need to get fired ASAP.
