I received a defective wheelchair from Buffalo Wheelchair and it seems to me that they don’t care about their customers it took a while for the repair man to come by but when he did 3hrs after he left the wheelchair wasn’t running right …
Service was fast and cheap. The secretary and another employee were definitely not very friendly, but perhaps I’m just not familiar with the “west seneca” attitude.
I stopped in to see what kind of scooters they had and I was amazed at their selection. The sales girl was very helpful and informative, so my selection was easy. I’m a caregiver and the person I got it for was very happy.
I worked for this company for over a year i left last year and they will not send me my w2. I have called and left messages over 50 times but I have never received a response. I have no choice but to go to IRS. I cant believe a company would treat there employees like this.
Trying to reach a manager or customer service is next to impossible. The billing department leaves a lot to be desired.
